Romantic Getaway Packages

The "Romantic", "Honeymoon" and "Saint Valentine's" packages include : Night in one of our theme suites at Ice Hotel, Dog sled ride, ½ bottle of ice wine, 2 ice cups, Romantic Candle Kit Guided tour of the Ice Hotel, Four-course candlelit dinner, at Duchesnay, Souvenir Ice Hotel key-chain and pin's, Arctic sleeping bags " zipped " together, Optional : red roses dipped into wax : $ 25 + taxes per rose. NOTE: PRICES IN CANADIAN DOLLARS, TAXES NOT INCLUDED. Prices subject to change without notice The following rates include a private room at the Station Touristique Duchesnay (full bathroom and luggage storage) on the same night as the night at the Ice Hotel. Possible option without the room at Duchesnay: $40.00 rebate per person per night in double, triple or quadruple occupancy and $80.00 rebate per person in single occupancy. The rates do not include the provincial and federal taxes (15.025%) and the accommodation tax (2.00$/room except at the Ice Hotel).

The " Proposal " Package includes :

• 1 bottle of Champagne,
• 2 ice cups,
• 1 wax-dipped red rose dipped,
• A theme suite or the Chapel privatised during ½ hour (before 8 PM),
• Accommodation and meals not included in this package.

The "Take-Off with Champagne" (in a hot-air balloon) includes:

• Escorted (by the team and by the pilot) from the Ice Hotel to the take-off area,
• Initiation to the hot air balloon and familiarisation with the equipment,
• Participate in the inflate of the ballons,
• In the air for 45 to 90 minutes,
• " First flight " experience,
• Ceremony with Champagne upon landing,
• Transfer back to the Ice Hotel by minivan.

NOTES

• " Hot Air Balloon " : The " take-off " is not garanteed. The Ice Hotel can not be held responsible for cases of cancellation due to weather conditions. If the activity is cancelled, the Ice Hotel promises to reimburse the total the cost of the tickets (cancelled trips…). Schedule and reservations to confirmed a minimum 21 days in advance. Upon availability and depending on the weather forecast.

Rates per couple (gratuities included + taxes)

1. The "Romantic" Package in half-board (2 meals : dinner and breakfast) :
   • Including 1 night at the Ice Hotel : $799.00
   • In Winter Adventure (1 night at Ice Hotel and 1 night at Duchesnay) : $999.00
   • Weekend supplement of $35 + taxes per person per night on Friday and Saturday nights.
     
     
2. The "Proposal" Package (no accommodation/no meals) : $229.00

Optional:

• Lunch is available at an additional cost (Le Sous-Bois dining-room at the Station ecoutouristique Duchesnay) of $12.65 including gratuities and tax. Menu: soup of the day or garden salad, pasta of the day or chef's inspiration, coffee, regular or herbal tea. Dessert available at an extra cost.

• Other nights at the Quebec Hilton hotel, downtown Quebec City.
