Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Overnights stays
- Reservations prior to November 30th: payment of a non-refundable
50 % deposit upon reservation (50 % of the total amount)
- As December 1st payment of the balance of the total amount
(non-refundable)
- Change of date (reservation): until November 30th: no
charge, upon availability from December 1st: $20.00 CAN
(tax not included) administration fee per adult $10.00
CAN (tax not included per child 6 to 12 years old)
will be added for each change of date
- Reservations from December 1st on: full payment upon reservation
(non-refundable)
- Travel and cancellation insurance available upon reservation
only (information on coverage, services and programs offered
upon request)
